 Construction Notice: PFOA Water Line Extensions work continues.  This will require road closures.  Please see below.

Bard Road will remain Closed to through traffic for PFOA Water Line Extension Work.  Local traffic (including buses) WILL be accommodated.  Men and equipment will be in the roadway.  Please find alternate route.

Fairview Street will be reduced to One Lane Traffic all week as PFOA Water Line Extension Work continues.  Local traffic WILL be accommodated.  Men and equipment will be in the roadway.  Expect minor delays.

 Jennings Drive will remain Closed to through traffic for PFOA Water Line Extension Work.  Local traffic (including buses) WILL be accommodated.  Men and equipment will be in the roadway.  Please find alternate route.

 Murphy Road will remain Closed from Austin Hill Rd to Route 67A to through traffic for PFOA Water Line Extension Work.  Local traffic WILL be accommodated.  Men and equipment will be in the roadway.  Please find alternate route.

Silk Road will remain Closed from Route 67A to the Silk Road Bridge to through traffic for PFOA Water Line Extension Work.  Local traffic (including buses) WILL be accommodated.  Men and equipment will be in the roadway.  Please find alternate route.

Vail Road will be Closed from Silk Road to Red Pine Road to through traffic for PFOA Water Line Extension Work.  Local traffic (including buses) WILL be accommodated.  Men and equipment will be in the roadway.  Please find alternate route.

Woodford Road: Monday will be reduced to One Lane Traffic in the area of 600 Woodford Rd/VT Rte 9 for water valve repair.  Local traffic WILL be accommodated.  Men and equipment will be in the roadway.  Expect minor delays.

 Townwide Work: Highway Crews will be patching potholes in various areas around town.  This will require men and equipment in the roadway.  Please use caution when approaching.  Expect minor delays.

Please Be Advised:

To BOTH Residents and Contractors – Please make sure all loads are covered when taking leaves and or brush to the transfer station.  When disposing of leaf bags, you MUST empty the bags into the pile

Please DO NOT rake or blow leaves into Town streets or Highways as these clogs storm drains and creates flooding and driving hazards for the entire community.

** Remember: Overnight Parking Ban in Effect

The Winter Overnight Parking Ban for all streets within the town will be is now in effect.  From November 15 to March 31 between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m NO overnight parking is allowed.  Police will enforce this ban by ticketing individuals who leave unattended vehicles on the street during that time.
