Please be Advised: The Next Phase of PFOA Water Line extensions continues. 

 

Airport Rd (North & South) : Wed-Fri will be reduced to One-Lane Traffic as a Highway Crew conducts shoulder work in this area.  Men and equipment will be in the roadway.  Please use Caution and Expect Delays.

Apple Hill: will be reduced to One-Lane Traffic for the next several weeks for PFOA Water Line Extension Work.  Men and equipment will be in or on edges of the roadway.  Please use Caution and Expect Delays.

Benmont Ave: Wednesday a Water Dept Crew will be repairing a water valve in the area of 256 Benmont.  Men and equipment will be on the edge of the roadway.  Please use Caution when approaching

Berard Street: will be CLOSED to ALL Traffic for the next several weeks for PFOA Water Line Extension Work.  Men and equipment will be in the roadway.  Please use Caution and Expect Delays.

Bowen Rd: Wed-Fri will be reduced to One-Lane Traffic as a Highway Crew conducts shoulder work in this area.  Men and equipment will be in the roadway.  Please use Caution and Expect Delays.

Cortland Ln: will be reduced to One-Lane Traffic for the next several weeks for PFOA Water Line Extension Work.  Men and equipment will be in or on edges of the roadway.  Please use Caution and Expect Delays.

Crescent Blvd: Monday at Crescent Manor entrance area will be reduced to One-Lane Traffic as a Water Dept Crew repairs a water main leak.  Men and equipment will be in the roadway.  Please use Caution and Expect Delays.

Eastview Dr: Tuesday area will be reduced to One-Lane Traffic as a Water Dept Crew repairs a water main leak.  Men and equipment will be in the roadway.  Please use Caution and Expect Delays.

Fox Hill Rd: Wed-Fri will be reduced to One-Lane Traffic as a Highway Crew conducts shoulder work in this area.  Men and equipment will be in the roadway.  Please use Caution and Expect Delays.

Harwood Hill Road -between Northside Drive and Rte 7 Connector will be reduced to One-Lane Traffic for the next several weeks for PFOA Water Line Extension Work.  Men and equipment will be in or on edges of the roadway.  Please use Caution and Expect Delays.

Houghton Lane will be reduced to One-Lane Traffic for the next several weeks for PFOA Water Line Extension Work.  Men and equipment will be in or on edges of the roadway.  Please use Caution and Expect Delays.

Michael’s Drive: will be reduced to One-Lane Traffic for the next several weeks for PFOA Water Line Extension Work.  Men and equipment will be in or on edges of the roadway.  Please use Caution and Expect Delays.

Monument Ave: Monday & Tuesday will be reduced to One-Lane Traffic between Elm St and Dewey St as a Highway Crew ditches this area.  Men and equipment will be in the roadway.  Please use Caution and Expect Delays.

Putnam St: Wednesday btwn Weeks St and Dewey St will be CLOSED for a new water and sewer connection by a private contractor.  Please find alternate route.

Shields Drive: Wed-Fri will be reduced to One-Lane Traffic as a Highway Crew conducts shoulder work in this area.  Men and equipment will be in the roadway.  Please use Caution and Expect Delays.

Squaw Hill: will be reduced to One-Lane Traffic for the next several weeks for PFOA Water Line Extension Work.  Men and equipment will be in or on edges of the roadway.  Please use Caution and Expect Delays.

Willow Road: will be reduced to One-Lane Traffic for the next several weeks for PFOA Water Line Extension Work.  Men and equipment will be in or on edges of the roadway.  Please use Caution and Expect Delays.

Willow Rd intersection at Hewitt Dr will be CLOSED all week for a culvert repair by a private contractor.  Please find Alternate Route.

Whipstock Ln: Wed-Fri will be reduced to One-Lane Traffic as a Highway Crew conducts shoulder work in this area.  Men and equipment will be in the roadway.  Please use Caution and Expect Delays.

All Work will be dependent on weather conditions.  Please use caution when entering a construction zone, men and equipment will be in the traveled portion of the road.

 

REMINDER – Spring :

Please DO NOT rake or blow leaves into Town streets or Highways as this clogs storm drains and creates flooding and driving hazards for the entire community.

Residents and Contractors – Please make sure ALL LOADS ARE COVERED when taking leaves and or brush to the Transfer Station.
