Please be Advised: The Next Phase of PFOA Water Line extensions has begun. Please find below the additional road closures and lane restrictions.

Autumn Acres will be reduced to One-Lane this week for PFOA Water Line Extension Work.    Men and equipment will be on the edge of the roadway.  Please use caution and expect delays.

Harwood Hill Road  (between Orchard Rd and Rte 7 Connector) will be reduced to One-Lane Traffic for the next several weeks for PFOA Water Line Extension Work.  Men and equipment will be on edges of the roadway.  Please use Caution and Expect Delays.

Houghton Lane will be reduced to One-Lane Traffic for the next several weeks for PFOA Water Line Extension Work.  Men and equipment will be on edges of the roadway.  Please use Caution and Expect Delays.

River Street continues to be CLOSED to through traffic from 7:00a.m – 3:30p.m while several crews work on its rehabilitation.   Local traffic ONLY will be allowed.  Men and equipment will be in the roadway.  Please find alternate route.

Silver Street (Monday – between Grandview St and Norton St) be CLOSED to through traffic from 7:00a.m – 3:30p.m while Water Dept installs a new valve. Men and equipment will be in the roadway.  Please find alternate route.

Willow Roadwill be CLOSED for the next several weeks to through traffic for PFOA Water Line Extension Work.  Local traffic ONLY will be allowed.  Men and equipment will be in the roadway.  Please find alternate route.

 TOWNWIDE:

A Highway Crew will be repairing and/or replacing signs.  PLEASE USE CAUTION when approaching these areas and expect delays.

 

All Work will be dependent on weather conditions.  Please use caution when entering a construction zone, men and equipment will be in the traveled portion of the road.

 

REMINDER:

Please DO NOT rake or blow leaves into Town streets or Highways as this clogs storm drains and creates flooding and driving hazards for the entire community.

Residents and Contractors – Please make sure ALL LOADS ARE COVERED when taking leaves and or brush to the Transfer Station.
