What’s Your Story? Walks

ALL WALKS BEGIN AT Bennington Free Library, 101 Silver Street 

“What’s Your Story?” Walks are named for the nationwide summer reading theme “A Universe of Stories.” The theme celebrates the 50th anniversary of the Apollo 11 Moon Landing.

Walks & snacks are FREE!  All ages & abilities welcome!   Begin or enhance healthy habits!

Friday, June 14: Walk leaves the Library: 12 Noon
Shannon Barsotti, Bennington Community Development Director, will lead a walk to the Rec Center and the Senior Center. Snacks at the library after the walk with speaker Taylor Haynes, Health and Wellness Director and Youth Sports Coordinator

Friday, June 28: Meet at the Library for snacks: 6 PM. Walk leaves the Library: 6:30 PM
Robert Tegart will lead a local history walk with stops at First Baptist Church, Green Mountain Christian Center, the Masonic Hall, and the Putnam Hotel.

Additional walks are scheduled for:
Friday, July 5 & Saturday, July 27
Friday, August 9 & Thursday, August 22
